I always have great customer service at Pape. I feel very confident they have my best interests at heart when it comes to my vehicle. They always give me a heads up if there is an expensive repair and then options are discussed which is very much appreciated!

Mike was great to deal with, gave realistic timeframe and estimate. He kept me apprised during the repair and there were no surprises when I picked up my truck.

Scheduled 1st maintenance on 2024 Equinox and completely satisfied with my experience.
