Confirmed Service Customer
Brought my 2024 Silverado 1500 Custom in for software upgrade recall. We were met with a courteous and knowledgeable man in the service dept. He explained the service and how long it take, then directed us to the very comfortable customer lobby. A few minutes later, the serviceman came and told me that he would be able to do the 1st service due at the same time to save me another trip. There was free Wi-Fi, so I could work on my computer while I waited, and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee on the house. The service was completed in the less than the time frame quoted and we were on way with smiles.
