Service department staff is excellent and I was taken great care of.

Had my 2021 Silverado 2500HD towed to Pape Chevrolet in South Portland on a Saturday. It needed a powertrain repair (specifically transmission). I knew the service department wasn't open until Monday. Monday morning I checked with service. Andrew told me they hadn't had a chance to look at it and would call me with the update ASAP. I planned to call back later that week but before I could find time to call, Pape service dept called me and told me the problem would be covered under warranty and that they set up a loaner 2024 Silverado for me. Everything was covered No Charge and the truck is running like new again. Thank you very much GM & Pape Chevrolet!

Had our car schedule for Thursday 1/9 7AM drop off service and was told we were going to get it back Monday 1/13, buy had to call to see what was going on to find out the technician to work on our car to replace the coolant pump was out sick and wouldn’t get looked at till next day and then had to pay full price to have it held an extra day

They were great. Got my truck back sooner than expected. Won’t hesitate to have them service my truck again!

Had a major service performed on my truck. The service was excellent, performed on time and the truck runs great!!

Oil change and tire rotation and topped off all the fluids. Inspected cooling system and blessed it saying it looks great at this time.

The Collision Center did a great job repairing our Yukon after it was rearended. They kept in contact with us throughout the process and helpful when dealing with the insurance company.
