I’ve dealt with Ben and the team many times over the years. I’m not a haggler, which I believe he knows, so he makes a reasonable offer right away. Other than figuring which vehicle best suits my needs, the whole process takes ten minutes max, just the way I like it! Mark A.

As always, Pape Service Department is exceptional. They treat me like family. From inducting my vehicle into routine service, to the comfort of their comfortable customer waiting area complete with coffee and snacks. Almost makes it so you want to visit just to get away some days!

Ryan was our sales representative and he was very knowledgeable and friendly and showed us everything about our new car.

This shop is so organized and well-run. I'm always met with a smile and a cheerful greeting.
